Effective January 1, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Beatcraft Finishing Guild website, training modules, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the site or services.
2. Description of Services
Beatcraft Finishing Guild provides online and hybrid training courses focused on professional wall and ceiling finishing techniques, safety protocols and crew leadership. All materials are provided for educational purposes only.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your password and account details secure.
4. Course Access and Intellectual Property
Courses and all associated content remain the exclusive property of Beatcraft Finishing Guild. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal professional development. Recording, redistributing or reselling any material is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds
All purchases are final except where required by local law. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for partially completed courses.
6. User Conduct and Safety Obligations
You agree to follow all safety guidelines presented in courses, wear appropriate personal protective equipment during any practical exercises, and never attempt techniques in unsafe conditions. The Guild bears no responsibility for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination all licenses automatically end.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation before pursuing arbitration in San Francisco County.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The current date of the Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
